I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location close to the highway made it easy for me to get around this city quickly. Parking was adequate, and I didn't have to worry about the security of my car. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff provided excellent customer service and made sure I had a comfortable stay.

Breakfast is awesome, and housekeeping is timely and thorough. the restaurant serves good quality choma and Sofia's hospitality is excellent.

The construction noise from upper floors can sometimes be disruptive.

The directions given to me weren't clear, getting lost at night wasn't fun. Plus, the noise from the construction on the upper floors was quite frustrating at times.

While the choma served outside the hotel was delicious, the ugali was unfortunately undercooked. Also, the receptionist's directions to the hotel were unclear and led to some confusion and wasted time.

The hotel was secure and offered ample parking space. the customer service was exceptional and the room was spacious with a variety of TV channels. the breakfast was delicious and the housekeeping was efficient.
